Yes. You can choose pickup and return locations during booking. Dalaman, Bodrum and other office/airport points are offered subject to availability.
Generally, drivers must be at least 21 with a licence held for at least 1 year. Some vehicle groups may require a higher age or longer licence period.
Use the Check Reservation page with your email and booking number. Contact us through our channels to cancel.

A valid ID or passport, driving licence and reservation details are sufficient. A credit card may also be required depending on company policy.
The vehicle is usually supplied with a certain fuel level and should be returned at the same level. Any different policy is stated in the booking confirmation.
After booking, payment is accepted by bank transfer or at the office. When online card payment is enabled, a payment link will also be sent.
Payments
You can pay with cash/card at the office or online after booking.
It varies by vehicle and period; shown clearly in the booking summary.
For approved cancellations, refunds may take 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
You see prices with the site currency selector; payment is collected at the company rate.
